We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Subject Matter Expert to join our Group Finance Technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of UBS's consolidation and financial reporting capabilities. Working closely with Finance, Technology, and external partners, you will help deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient consolidation solutions supporting Group reporting and regulatory requirements. This position combines deep expertise in financial consolidation, accounting processes, and SAP technology with strong delivery and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in modernizing our finance architecture through standardization, automation, and data-driven innovation.

Tasks

  • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Design and enhance consolidation solutions supporting IFRS and Swiss GAAP reporting requirements.
  • Support critical consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations, capital and equity consolidation, foreign currency translation, ownership management, and internal and external financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Partner with Group Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Lead functional design and implementation activities within SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
  • Define and maintain consolidation models, reporting structures, business rules, mappings, and consolidation logic.
  • Design and support integrations between Group Reporting and related finance platforms, including General Ledger, FPSL, GRDC, and data platforms.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve financial close efficiency, controls, and data quality.
  • Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across finance technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to align business and technical priorities.
  • Provide guidance to project teams and external implementation partners.
  • Contribute to finance technology roadmaps and strategic transformation initiatives.
