We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Relationship Manager to help grow our Eastern Europe-focused Wealth Management business. We are interested in candidates with a strong track record advising entrepreneurs, executives, investors, institutions, or family-owned businesses.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute a focused business development strategy targeting prospective clients and referral sources.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, family business owners, investors, and other sophisticated clients across Eastern Europe.
  • Build a strong network through market engagement, referrals, professional relationships, and internal collaboration.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and connect them with UBS's investment, advisory, and wealth planning capabilities.
  • Ensure all client activities comply with regulatory, cross-border, risk and compliance requirements.
  • Support a strong risk culture, high standards of conduct, and an excellent client experience.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship builder with a track record of developing business opportunities and building trusted partnerships with sophisticated clients.
  • Combine commercial drive with sound judgment, attention to detail, and an understanding of complex financial situations.
  • Strong track record advising entrepreneurs, executives, investors, institutions, or family-owned businesses.
  • Existing wealth management experience or an existing private client book is welcome but not required.
