Supply Chain is a key driver of Maisons’ overall performance and must be agile to provide the best end-to-end product availability and ensure client satisfaction. Group Supply Chain Solutions acts as an internal consulting branch, supporting Maisons in their transformation ambitions with the mission to foster Supply Chain transformation and strengthen competitive advantage. At Richemont, you will discover a strong manufacturing ecosystem and work closely with the Maisons and internal manufactures.

Tasks

  • Promote analytics and reporting tools.
  • Create, improve and maintain upstream analytics and reporting tools.
  • Support Maisons to leverage the analytics and reporting tools implemented.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects.
  • Support the preparation and animation of workshops.
  • Run ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing projects and bring data-based insights to the team.
  • Formalize outputs of analysis and workshops to prepare steering committees.
  • Support the upstream growth and structuring.
  • Co-design and build methodological kit of best practices.
  • Build user guides for in-house tools.
  • Create communication support to promote initiatives internally.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in the last year of a Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
  • Industrial Supply Chain experience or knowledge.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Appetence for data analytics combined with solid analytical skills.
  • Solid dashboard and visualization tool skills (PowerBI).
  • SQL basics are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
