Richemont is seeking a Procurement Category Manager dedicated to Corporate Services categories. Reporting to the Category Director Corporate & Operations, you will develop and drive comprehensive global category strategies, supporting Central Functions, Maisons, and Regions Procurement community to optimize sourcing and supplier management. This role ensures optimal value creation and cost efficiency through category expertise, market knowledge, and strong relationship management.

Tasks

  • Develop, define, and implement comprehensive global category strategies aligned with Richemont’s business needs and objectives.
  • Lead execution and roll-out of category strategies across Maisons and regions through business partnering, stakeholder enrollment, and influencing.
  • Drive value creation, cost reduction, and innovation across assigned categories using market knowledge and category expertise.
  • Manage complex tenders, negotiations, and contract management for global and central agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for assigned categories.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the global supplier landscape, identifying strategic partners and emerging suppliers.
  • Develop and implement strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs for key suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Lead regular strategic business reviews with critical suppliers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders across functions, Maisons, and Regions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal clients on procurement best practices, market insights, and supplier capabilities.
  • Support central functions sourcing needs for central spend and global initiatives.
  • Monitor category performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress against strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, sourcing process rules, ethical guidelines, and external regulations.

Requirements

  • Established and versatile procurement professional with 7+ years of experience in a structured environment and strong category management skills.
  • Experience and knowledge within Corporate Services, ideally Security and Facilities Management categories, is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement global category strategies, driving value creation, cost optimization, and innovation.
  • Excellent RFP, negotiation, and contract management abilities with a proven track record of securing advantageous terms.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external partners at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to translate complex data into actionable insights and creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability to evolving market conditions and business needs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, securing stakeholder buy-in, and leading execution.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international, and demanding environment.
  • Strong commitment to responsible sourcing and integrating sustainability principles into procurement practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, and Professional certifications.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
