As a Specialist Neuroscience at Nestlé Research, your mission is to lead and contribute to research on the impact of nutrition in infant and child neurodevelopment through the concept, execution, and delivery of scientific projects for clinical substantiation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external academic partners, laboratories, clinical research organizations, healthcare professionals, and regulatory stakeholders. Tasks
- Lead research projects that advance understanding of nutrition’s role in infant and child neurodevelopment.
- Design and deliver clinical studies that generate credible scientific evidence and meaningful developmental insights.
- Build productive collaborations with scientific partners to identify opportunities, close knowledge gaps, and strengthen project outcomes.
- Interpret clinically relevant cognitive, motor, language, behavioural, social-emotional, and brain development outcomes.
- Communicate complex scientific findings through clear presentations, reports, publications, and business-facing materials.
Requirements
- PhD and postdoctoral experience in nutrition for neuroscience, neurodevelopment, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, or a related biomedical discipline.
- Knowledge of early-life research, developmental assessments, and paediatric cognitive, social-emotional, behavioural, or brain development outcomes.
- Clinical research skills to shape protocols, coordinate study delivery, interpret evidence, and connect scientific insights to innovation opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and external partners while influencing decisions through scientific credibility and evidence-based reasoning.
- Fluent communication in English.
