Tasks
- Manage the team and make strategic decisions for your field.
- Implement organisational and process changes.
- Define and manage the execution of the product segment strategy.
- Manage cost performance and associated reduction plans.
- Contribute to analyses, decision-making and the implementation of ‘Make or Buy’ measures.
- Support product change management through purchasing actions.
- Manage risks related to strategic purchasing activities, supplier risks and product segments.
- Benchmark product portfolios.
- Actively and proactively participate in internal and supplier problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- Technical or economic background.
- Solid experience in strategic purchasing in a technical field.
- Fluent in French and very good level of English.
- Proficient in MS Office, intranet and ERP systems.
- Flexible, independent, reliable and strong team spirit.
