Liebherr Machines Bulle SA is the centre of excellence for combustion engines (diesel and gas engines) and hydraulic components (axial piston pumps and motors). The company develops and produces various products used in building construction and civil engineering, mining, agriculture, decentralised energy, machine and plant engineering, as well as aerospace.

Tasks

  • Manage production system projects in the field of manufacturing and assembly.
  • Act as the main point of contact for other departments (production, IT, methods, quality, etc.).
  • Manage and support cross-functional project teams.
  • Ensure the financial follow-up of projects.
  • Ensure the configuration, maintenance and technical evolution of the production system.
  • Guarantee daily operation of the production system and contribute to its continuous improvement and modernization to optimize industrial performance.
  • Develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies.
  • Provide support for the development of system/machine and system/system interfaces.
  • Guarantee the quality, consistency and reliability of production data and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hold an engineering degree in a technical field.
  • Have initial professional experience in implementing software and production systems.
  • Experience in an industrial environment is a considerable advantage.
  • Programming experience (object-oriented and databases such as SQL) is an asset.
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
  • Stand out through an optimistic mindset, openness to change, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
