Tasks

  • Assist Relationship Managers in their daily tasks.
  • Open, service, and maintain client accounts, ensuring client data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate the client onboarding process, collect required documentation, and support compliance with know-your-client (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Support the team in preparing client and prospect meeting documents, investment proposals across all asset classes, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Process client instructions, track pending transactions, and resolve operational issues with relevant internal teams.
  • Act as a secondary contact for day-to-day client enquiries and provide general account-related information.
  • Prepare client reports and presentations, portfolio statements, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and instructions.
  • Liaise with operational, compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades (graduated within the last 12 months).
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for client engagement, relationship building, and holistic wealth management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
  • Systematic, precise, and diligent working style with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proactive, independent approach with a positive attitude and openness to taking on extra responsibilities.
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and integer personality with a high level of risk awareness.
  • Strong appetite for learning and a drive for continuous improvement, including challenging the status quo.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse situations and work effectively with relationship managers and clients from varied backgrounds.
  • Eligibility to work in the country of application (Switzerland).
