Tasks

  • Enhance risk-return monitoring and steering capabilities for balance sheet-related business and the entire Group.
  • Support the further development of analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights and ensure forward-looking financial performance management.
  • Report, review, and analyze P&L and balance sheet development across GPS, CIOO, Credit & Treasury.
  • Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and tracking of various initiatives.
  • Be part of one or more initiatives and support project work, such as Capital and Liquidity Optimization initiatives, Performance and Profitability Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (graduation max. 12 months ago).
  • Initial practical experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Foundational understanding of programming concepts, gained through academic projects, coursework, or hands-on experience (e.g. Python, R).
  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth.
  • Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position.
