As a Specialist Flight Care, you will take ownership of the entire charter flight execution cycle, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients while working closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth and professional operations.

Tasks

  • Drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and premium experiences.
  • Manage the post booking charter process end-to-end, including booking, catering, lodging, flight monitoring, invoicing, and post-flight follow-up.
  • Deliver premium customer service at every touchpoint by building trust, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a smooth experience for every client.
  • Manage and grow assigned charter customer accounts by maintaining close relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving repeat business.
  • Support market development and strategic growth by assisting the Director of Charter Sales in cultivating market opportunities and leads.
  • Promote Jet Aviation’s brand and services externally by representing the company at industry events and upholding global standards.
  • Leverage digital tools for operational excellence, using systems like AVINODE, SALESFORCE, and LEON for budgeting.

Requirements

  • High school or business school degree; any additional further education is beneficial.
  • Alternatively, vocational training.
  • High customer orientation, both externally and internally focused.
  • Willingness to work shift pattern.
  • Microsoft Office user knowledge.
  • Fluent in English and German; French or Spanish speaking would be an advantage.
  • Achiever and communicator with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • High flexibility with strong commercial awareness.
  • Good resistance to stress, team spirit, and professional presentation.
