Cabin Installation Supervisor - Business Jets Completions

Join Jet Aviation as a Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate a skilled team of Electricians and Cabin Installation Technicians to ensure the flawless execution of complex aircraft completion projects.

• Supervise and motivate a team of up to 18 technicians, creating a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Assign daily work, monitor progress, and verify that tasks meet Jet Basel’s quality standards.
• Liaise with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers to support smooth project execution.
• Ensure all work aligns with Tier 4, Project Work Breakdown Structure, and Earned Value guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work area; enforce environmental and safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for escalating issues and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate workloads and schedules to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular team discussions focusing on contribution, engagement, and development; provide recognition and feedback.
• Disseminate company and departmental communications downstream; collect and report team feedback upstream.
