Join the Finance team at Jet Aviation as an Accounting Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations across one or more entities. Collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance to deliver efficient accounting processes, maintain high-quality financial records, and support the business with reliable financial administration.
Tasks
- Processing PO and non-PO invoices accurately and independently
- Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and coordinating timely supplier payments
- Managing advance payment transactions
- Maintaining and updating supplier master data in SAP
- Reviewing and processing travel and expense claims
- Supporting internal and external audit activities
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Finance team
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service quality
Requirements
- Commercial diploma or equivalent qualification within Finance
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in an accounting, accounts payable, or finance administration role
- Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience working with ERP systems
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- A structured, precise, and reliable way of working
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent teamwork skills
