As an intern in the Sourcing Excellence Department located in Schaan, Liechtenstein, you will be part of Hilti's global in-house consultancy team for Supply Chain Management. The team provides Business Units and Plants with tools, methods, and training to ensure lean and sustainable operations while increasing decisional capabilities. The start date is flexible according to student availability, with a duration between 9 - 12 months.
Tasks
- Drive the digitalization, standardization, and sustainability of the Supply Chain for Hilti entities and suppliers worldwide.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, IT, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and external consultants.
- Lead projects based on business priorities, your profile, and aspirations, including:
- Compliance and risk management
- Purchasing process improvements
- Supplier ERP integrations
- Data science and frontier technologies (AI)
- Life cycle assessment and operational support for sustainability
- Training and technical support of suppliers and colleagues
- Receive individual coaching and training sessions from your manager and team to support your professional success and personal development.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s program for the entire internship duration; thesis-writing students are welcome.
- Educational background or experience in Engineering, Business, Economics, Informatics, or Logistics.
- Proficiency with tools such as Office 365, SAP, Ariba, SAP Business Network, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, PreWave, Integrity Next, Python, Matlab, SQL, Low Code is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
