As an intern, you will actively contribute to the sustainability team by working on projects and assisting with the development and implementation of various aspects of the sustainable strategy. Your role will help shape the mindset across Hilti's international network. Start date is flexible to the student's availability, with a minimum duration of 6 months.
Tasks
- Contribute to sustainability projects and initiatives tailored to your academic and professional background.
- Support CO2-reduction goals, circularity initiatives, gather information for certifications, work on energy-efficiency initiatives, or improve buildings if you have an environmental or technical background.
- Assist with sustainability or circularity initiatives focused on customer offerings or work on regulations if your studies are in marketing & communication or business administration.
- Participate in communication, tool donation, and the corporate volunteering program "Engaged Beyond Business."
- Support data and reporting projects from a corporate or product perspective if your background is IT or data management.
- Take charge of your own projects, including independent alignment with stakeholders, structuring and processing content, and implementing improvement processes.
- Work closely with experts to develop Hilti's approach to sustainability.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor/Master’s program for the entire internship period.
- Passion for sustainability topics.
- Great communication and project management skills.
- Independent and well-structured work style.
- Good communication skills in English.
