We are seeking the next generation of leaders in Operations (After Market Service, Global Manufacturing). Tasks
- Participate in a fast-tracked, 2-year program designed to prepare you for an international operations leadership career.
- Engage with senior management and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor.
- Rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and develop skills in different areas.
- Spend 12 months as a team lead in a plant or tool service center, coordinating shopfloor activities or leading a production technology project as Lean Manager or Process Engineer in your home region.
- Complete a 6-month rotation in digitalization, lean, quality, or logistics project in a plant or tool service center, focusing on operational excellence.
- Undertake a 6-month assignment on an international strategic project, contributing to transformative initiatives on a global scale.
- One of the stages may occur at the group company Oegland with Headquarters in Klepp, Norway.
Requirements
- (Soon to be) completed master’s degree in engineering, chemical, physics, or similar.
- Demonstrate a passion for Operations.
- Have just finished your internship or recently started your career and seek an opportunity to perform well and progress.
- Multilingual – fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad.
- Internationally mobile, with a global mindset and keen on diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad.
- Flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
