We’re looking for high-performing, multilingual post-graduates eager to become Hilti’s next generation of leaders in our global logistics organization. Hilti’s Outperformer Program is a global management development traineeship where you will be immersed in core logistics topics from day one, gaining real responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact. Your curiosity and problem-solving abilities will contribute to achieving our company's purpose of Making Construction Better.
Tasks
- Participate in a fast-tracked, 2-year program designed to prepare you for an international supply chain leadership career.
- Engage with senior management and have a dedicated mentor to guide you.
- Rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and develop skills in different areas.
- Spend 4-6 months in materials management, managing supply and demand planning and forecasting a product line.
- Complete 2 months in global logistics at headquarters in Liechtenstein, working on projects and gaining a global perspective of the Global Logistics-2030 strategy.
- Spend 4-6 months in warehouse operations, including transport management and first team lead experience.
- Spend 4-6 months in transport management, orchestrating replenishment and last mile deliveries, managing transport providers, and engaging in tender negotiations.
- Apply knowledge to a high-impact strategic project in another region at the end of the program, driving innovation and making a tangible difference.
Requirements
- (Soon to be) completed master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar field.
- Multilingual – fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad.
- Internationally mobile, with a global mindset and keen on diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad.
- Flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
- Performance-driven personality with a strong orientation to improve customer experience.
- Enthusiastic about driving logistics forward with an entrepreneurial mindset.
