Senior Regulatory Data Analyst

As Senior Regulatory Data Analyst, you will work within the Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE – Registration & Compliance, providing subject matter expertise in chemical regulatory compliance and chemical management. You will help ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations and mitigates risks by developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and programs for compliance with existing and emerging chemical control legislations.

• Perform compliance monitoring on all aspects of Chemical Control Legislation (CCL) to assess compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the RAPS team and business stakeholders to finalize reports for presentation and submission to relevant boards and sub-committees, including impact analysis for decision making.
• Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights.
• Attend sub-committee sessions as required to present monitoring findings and recommendations.
• Support the review, update, and development of regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain appropriate, relevant, and effective.
• Participate in the development of solutions to ensure global compliance, including testing and training of teams as needed.
• Define and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, and dashboards for tracking and managing compliance.
• Track monitoring actions through to successful resolution.
• Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects.
• Facilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processes.
