As part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation Team at EY, you will deliver exceptional client service by consulting clients on technology strategies and advising on technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence to support their business strategies. You will work with clients on strategic technology solutions and support IT organization transformations, operating models, and capabilities. You will have the opportunity to develop leadership, consultancy, and technology skills while engaging with CXO-level executives across borders and sectors.

Tasks

  • Assist engagement teams in realizing clients’ strategy, process, people, and technology transformations.
  • Participate in transformational technology consulting engagements, including Technology Strategy & Assessment, business/technology/solution architecture, business and IT requirements definition, IT process design, transformational technology program management, and design and improvement of IT operating models.
  • Provide advisory on ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies.
  • Support project and team management activities, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
  • Leverage data and technology to assist in providing innovative solutions to clients’ challenges.
  • Help prepare high-quality work products for clients and related parties in a timely manner.
  • Identify risks within engagements and raise issues with senior team members.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients’ personnel.
  • Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other services across the organization.
  • Participate in educational programs to continually develop personal skills and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a reputable university with excellent academic records.
  • Strong customer-centricity and interpersonal skills; a team player.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
  • A keen interest in technology and its applications in business.
  • Exposure to key technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, AI, and more.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
