Tasks
- Deal with tax advisory projects in a wide range of areas, including Swiss and international taxation of cross-border employment structures and planning, equity incentives, pensions, and rulings.
- Manage projects with the support of the leadership team from day one and be involved in client-facing activities in the field of individual taxes.
- Participate in and help shape solutions by advising clients ad hoc and working with the national tax office to conduct research, write, and prepare tailored advice.
- Learn and apply technical knowledge directly on fascinating cases.
- Help prepare and deliver presentations to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, law or a similar field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in providing tax advisory services to international clients.
- You are a team player who appreciates daily contact with clients and colleagues in our network.
- You like to work independently, efficiently and question the status quo.
- You enjoy writing, doing research, exploring options and helping design solutions.
- You are eager to learn, willing to develop, and would like to benefit from our tax trainings.
- You are outgoing, enjoy helping people solve their challenges, and have a thirst for knowledge that brings new perspectives to our projects.
- You are able to manage tasks with competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
- You like to work in teams and have experience in managing them.
- You speak German or French fluently and have very good English skills.
